Security & Uploading and Downloading data from and to DHHARA

DHHARA has implemented reasonable security measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alternation or destruction. Only the firms authorized personal adhering to confidentiality policy, have access to the data.

When requested, the DHHARA will make reasonable and practical efforts to update or delete data previously submitted though its website. DHHARA is not responsible for verifying the ongoing accuracy of visitors’ data. Inquires about the data previously submitted through firm’s Website should be personally enquired and get confirmation in writing from the firm. Some of the data firm receives may or may not be retained. DHHARA made all reasonable steps secure the data while uploading, downloading and storage with external parties. If the visitor and/or client do not want to upload or download his/her/their information from external third party webhosting providers, it is advised to submit the relevant documents via Fax or via Postal or other deliver system. DHHARA does not guarantee protection of personal data, stored at the external other parties storage spaces in Electronic Format. When notified by the visitor/client does not want his/her/business/ information t to be stored, in electronic format in the external websites DHHARA will take steps to remove the date.
